The 2027 Temporary Grading Kits will be ready in the fall!

Our Temporary Grading Kits are used by producers across the country as a useful visual reference tool to ensure you're grading your syrup correctly. They're also fun to share with sugarhouse guests as you explain the different grades of syrup and the process of grading. Comes with a Vermont-made wooden holder and a cardboard top that you should keep on the kit when not using it (so the colors don't degrade over time due to light exposure).
